Each summer, Olympic Pool Management Company employs more than 150 lifeguards, pool
managers, pool maintenance personnel and attendants at its various subdivision
and country club pool locations throughout Lee's Summit, Leawood, and the south
Kansas City areas.
We seek individuals who are dependable, goal oriented, have demonstrated leadership
experience either in a school, social, athletic, work or church venue and have a
strong work ethic. Additionally, high school/college applicants must have a 3.0
cumulative grade point average. Documentation of stated grade point may be requested
at the time of interview.
Individuals seeking employment must be at minimum 16 years of age. 15 year olds
will be considered on a case-by-case basis based upon maturity and demonstrated
leadership ability and the timeframe for when they turn 16.
Olympic Pool Management Company has American Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR instructor
trainers on staff. We host our own lifeguard certification classes for individuals
who have gone through the interview process with the company and seek lifeguard
employment. We also provide American Red Cross re-certification classes for those
individuals whose certifications are expiring for existing and/or new staff members.
